Personal Development Day


We are pleased to announce we are running some more Study Day's in association with Saint Francis Hospice this year, the first of which is a Personal Development Day.  Half of the course fee will directly benefit the hospice, which is a charity close to our hearts.  You can support by booking a place today!!

Make a positive change today by attending this personal development day which is deisgned to expand your self-awareness, improve your confidence and increase your potential using some simple but effective life skills. You will learn some innovative techniques to understand yourself better, manage stress and difficult situations and make conscious choices about your behaviour, in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere.
