Queens. . . Take 2

We are back at the Queens on Thursday 17th with the following taster sessions:

7:15 - 7:30 : Hierarchy Of Needs Session:  Maslow's model simplified and made easy to use to help you to motivate your team. An excellent model for understanding human motivation.

7:55 - 8:10 : Wheel of Life Session:  How balanced is your life today? Do you want to make any changes? Take away the concept of this simple but effective model and use it in your day to day life to get a snap shot of how your work/life balance is.

9:00 - 9:15: You, Me and It Session: Based on Adairs 'three circles' model. Explore where you commonly focus your attention and energy at work and discover what you could be missing. Use the outcome to improve your personal leadership and motivate your team.

I will be at the registration desk to sign delegates up for the sessions.  We only have 20 places per session so make sure you arrive on time (not to mention the Champagne Reception!!)

See you all there!!
Lucy
